Business Initiatives

As outlined on the Process page, most Tactical Business Initiative opportunities will be identified during the Operational Audit.  These may be the result of front-line employee interactions, sessions with management or both.  A list of all potential Initiatives identified will be provided at the end of the Operational Audit in a list prioritized in order of perceived value and internal return on investment to the client.

High Value Initiatives will also receive a proposal in the form of a Preliminary Project Plan using the traditional formats found in professional project management.  They will include:

  • Initiative Scope Definition.
  • Initiative Charter.
  • Communications Plan.
  • Initiation.
  • Planning.
  • Execution Plan.
  • Monitoring and Control Plan.
  • Timetable and Close-out.
  • Cost for Initiative Management by TBI.
