TBI’s initial engagement will typically be in the form of our Operational Audit. Though the application will vary from client to client, the basic components of this process include:
- Initial Meeting with company management for orientation to business.
- Confidential Interactive Sessions with selected employee groups.
- Synthesis of feedback from Interactive Sessions.
- Written recommendations presented at a return meeting with management.
- Training for use of ongoing quarterly Operational Audits performed by Company.
Written Recommendations will provide both an outline for Company Implementation and a proposal for a TBI supported Project Plan for the opportunities uncovered. The Operational Audit will unearth:
- Simple operational obstacles to efficiency that can be easily corrected.
- The potential for new processes needed for maximum efficiency.
- Employee attitudes and perspectives that affect company performance.
- An evaluation of current systems for job definition, training, communication and looped feedback.
- An employee perspective on opportunities with enhanced tools and equipment.
- Potential value of Business Intelligence systems that are either absent, present or under-utilized.
